Slimme baasjes verspreiden geen beestjes
The first campaign on pets and IAS in Belgium is available in French and in Dutch, under the slogan Slimme Baasjes - Gardiens Malins, which is the Belgian translation of the Be Petwise approach.
Guidelines to reduce the risk of introduction and spread of invasive alien species are available for professionals of the pets sector and clients in the format of posters and leaflets. The material is accompanying a code of conduct developed with representatives of the sector.
